Y printing offset problem

Post by MagicALL » Tue Mar 17, 2020 12:33 am

Good morning all
I have a problem on the Y axis.
printing is shifting!
no hard point, at the belts, pulleys ...
I think it's at the level of electronics.
I adjusted the four motors which were often hot at 1,2V, beetwen screw and ground
Is it correct??? for all motors?
thanks

Hi,If the motor overheats,
Can be adjusted to about 1V,
Print in a well-ventilated area.

Hi William, thanks for support...
I swap the stepper on mother board, but same problem.
I try to swap motor, (Pulley, screw), but power and rear fixing are not same.
At start the rotation was reverse, big worries.
Then I try to find a new motor , (this printer was a reconditioned) It work fine, but the printer suddenly has shifted, only axe Y.
Regards
