3D Touch sensor doesn't respond.

Post by Ilhom » Fri Jul 30, 2021 5:34 am

I have just installed a 3D Touch sensor (Version 3.2) to my Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro W with the printed mount. After Setting up the new Firmware I have the following issue:
When Pressing ‚Auto Home‘ it does the X and Y axis normally, when it Comes to Z, it first goes to the middle (X and Y) and then a bit up (Z). The Problem is that while lowering the Z axis, the 3D touch sensor doesn’t push the pin down and if I do it manually and the pin goes up, Nothing happens. The Z Motor tries to grind in the heatbed and it makes a terrible noise.

But as far as I see, it works normally because I can send M280 P0 S10 and it pushes the pin down.

Hello, is the firmware not updated? You can update the firmware first, and then simulate the hot bed with your hands to see if you can make the bed rise normally.

The 3DTouch sensor doesn't seem to react to relevant gcodes, like M401 or M402, or any bl touch option on the LCD menu.
