hi.
i have an problem with my extruder on my printer.( geeetech i3 pro w)

it don´t move.

all other steppers (motors) are ok.

Attempt to solve the problem:
- i have change the driverboard without an success
- i have swapped the cables x-wise between the motors on the mainbord with success.... extruder works but the other motor now doesn´t work.....
- i change the mainboard without success on my problem.

what can i do now?

Hello, the extruder normally indicates that it is not a motor problem, it may be a motherboard problem. It is recommended that you reinstall the firmware. If you cannot solve it, you can only change the motherboard.
