X Axis on main board not working

Post by Printer Nerd » Mon Jan 11, 2021 2:33 am

The X axis on my i3 Pro C has stopped functioning. It has a GT2560 Rev A+ board with stock drivers. When I tell the printer to move the X axis the motor jolts like it is trying to step then locks up again. I have tried:
Testing the motor separate from the axis.
Testing the motor with a different cable.
Testing the motor on a different axis driver.
Testing the driver on a different axis spot on the Y axis spot on the board.
Testing the motor and driver in the Y axis spot on the board.
Testing the continuity between A1,A2,B1&B2 the driver and the connector for the motor.
The motor and the driver both work together and apart, separate from the X spot on the Board.
Any advice on further testing or solutions?
Thanks

i have the exact same issue and have confirmed the end stop and motors are ok, seems the Y axis port is not functioning but i do have the z axis end stop light permanently on.
