GTBOX con Board V1

Hi,
I've completed the installation of the Geeetech Prusa I3 A pro (a bealieve the A means Aluminium). It has a board called GTBOX con Board v1. I'm facing difficult to make it working because the Z axis move down slowly but it does not move up. I read that the issue could be electrical but right now I do not know how to proceed. Should I upgrade the drivers? if yes, which is the correct one for my board, I did not find this info in the link with list of drivers.
Please help me to figure out how to make it working. After almost 1 day spent to assemble I was expecting at least to be able to run my first print
