Getting "mintemp triggered system stopped" in Repetier

Post by simonjo » Sun May 05, 2019 6:25 am

Hi,

I built my i3 Aluminum not to the full extent as I don't want to use it as a 3D printer. I left out the heated bed and the extruder, so above error will be due to these missing components.

Can anyone tell me how to bypass this in some way.

My intention is twofold:
1) use the extruder stepper to drive a syringe mounted on the extruder carriage, for the purpose of dispensing solder paste
2) mount a milling head on the carriage (connected via a flex to a small milling motor) for the purpose of milling plastic housings

Any help would be welcome.
thx

Solved by attaching the temparature sensors

Now still need to figure out why Y axis is limited to 150mm and Z axis limited to 100mm

And what "Fr" in the info screen of the LCD display means

Hi.

FR is a print speed that you can modify to a certain extent. ;)
Changing the setting affects real-time printing.
On the forum I help to use the rod, I don't give fish.

As a 3D printing community, there are some small steps we can all take to make 3D printing as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. You will not regret it! parking fury
