Cant do anything

Post by Icotar » Wed Dec 26, 2018 8:12 pm

Hello I have a big problem
I assembled my Pro B but none of the motors shows any sight of anything, not even the fans are working and the extruder and the bed doesnt heat up.
I tried to put on the firmware more than enough.
I can use the screen and press to move the axis but their do nothing and the screen shows the new position.
From my point of view it looks like the board doesnt give any orders and I wired all correct and the power button is on and the USB aswell.

It would be nice if someone can help me

Sorry for my bad english Im from Germany

Hello.

Can you specify the motherboard model and version?
The motherboard contains LEDs, are any of them lit or blinking :?:

Hello.

You have a GT2560 rev A+ controller board.

I will ask the basic question, did you connect and start the main power supply correctly :?:

Please check this carefully, if you have a multimeter check if there is a 12V DC voltage in the main connector. ;)

;)
So we're going further.

You say we have power supply.
The LED lights up.
Heating does not start, motors do not work.

Disconnect the cable from the USB port.
Take the measurement I asked for.
