Help needed.

I have just brought a a30 pro single extrusion printer. I have printed calibration cubes etc, prints no problem. Now I'm trying something bigger after a while during printing, the printer displays "hotend too cold to change filament, please check", the machine then homes itself, its like the extruder switches off and cools but the bed still stays warm. if i click ok to carry on it will, then 5 minutes later it does it again.
I have un plugged and switched off the filament sensor.
does any one know what is up, been a creality man for 5 years no problems. But this is starting to wind me up. I was 8 hours into a 13 hour print. tried again 3 hours into the 13 hour print, its not the g code as i have used cura with he default profile.
