Hello, you can observe whether there are LED lights on the motherboard and power supply, and see if these two parts are okay.
If you have a multimeter, you can measure whether the input and output voltage of the power supply is within the range. Since I don't know what printer specification you bought, the corresponding voltage standard cannot be provided.
You can try to connect the computer to see if you can let the slicing software control the printer. If so, the motherboard is OK.
