Heatbed non stop heating

Post by timzok » Mon Feb 10, 2020 5:25 am

Hi

I have one A20m printer and I breaked my heatbed. With Geeetech support on Amazon, I buy a new one.
I plugged new heatbed and power on the printer, heatbed start to heat directly independently of temperatur setting.

Heatbed are not completly the same, the new one is version 1.1 and wires are not the same. On the new one, power is not provided by motherboard but by power suplly. I don't think it's related to this issue.

I saw a difference with the green and blue wire on the connector, it seem reversed.

Someone already connect this heatbed on a printer?

Thanks for your helps

Hi,If your hotbed starts to heat up when you turn on the printer, it is incorrect. You can try to unplug the hotbed cable from the motherboard and check whether the temperature display is -14 to determine whether the motherboard is normal.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
