3-in-1 control box troubleshooting

I have a new i3 pro a with a 3-in-1 control box. When I plug it in and turn it on, nothing happens.
Is there a schematic I can use for troubleshooting? Is there a troubleshooting page somewhere in this forum (I've looked, but I haven't found it yet!)

What voltage do you have in your area? If you have 120v at the wall and did not change the setting on the power supply from 240v setting to the 120v setting nothing will happen.

Thanks for your reply! I am in the US, and I had moved the switch to 110 before I plugged it in and hit power switch.
I found this post (
viewtopic.php?f=18&t=18061), so I'll work through those steps unless anyone has different advice.
I am still looking for a schematic for the power system unit.
