Problem with my z axis in my pro W

i have recently bought a prusa I3 pro W, and after mounting it I tried yo calibrate it but the z axis when I send it to z=0 it goes just to an upper position, what can I do?(i am totally noob)

Have you tried to refer the user manual?
You need to change the direction of the Z axis
The user manual show you how to.

do you have problem with your axis and you are worried I also worried about my assignment but my friend give me statistics assignment writer online for my assignments they help me in my assignment if ask them they will also help you in your axis.

Set the Z axis so the proximity sensor goes off with only a 'business card' between the bed and the hot end.
Since I've moved everything, the first thing to do is set any previous offsets to zero.
If the Z setting is not zero, set it to zero by typing in M212 Z0.
