3D Touch Problem

Post by Matteo_01_ » Sun Jan 24, 2021 11:49 pm

Hi,
Recently I bought a 3d sensor from the geeetech offical website. I downloaded the right firmware version and I uploaded it on my 3d printer ( A10). I have installed the sensor and cheked it by using the command " deploy" and "stow" , everything was fine. The problem comes up when I tried to use the autohome command. When the pin of the sensor hit the plate the engines don't stop and they keep pushing down the extruder. It seems like the sensor doesn't tell them to stop. Have you got any solution to this problem?

Hello, please check whether your 3dtouch installation complies with the specification:
The pointer should be higher than the nozzle when it is extended, and lower than the nozzle when it is retracted.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!
