Can I get extrude and z-offset from software? (Geeetech A10M)

Hey everyone! I'm kind of new at the hobby side of 3d printing and could use your input. I've used a Robo 3D R1+ and a Monoprice Maker Select Plus and been pretty happy with both. I wanted to explore multiple material extrusion, so I bought a Geeetech A10M. It's a great printer, but definitely requires more effort than the others. For the earlier 2 printers, I used MatterControl, and I could adjust z height and run the extruder from MatterControl. Those options don't appear to be available for the A10M, in MatterControl or Cura.

Am I just not finding the right switch to flip, or are these features a lost cause on the A10M?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.https://omegle.onl/ vshare
