I have an A30T
Does anyone know of any slicing software, at any price, that will import a model made up up several elements to be printed in different colours?
Cura will only import the multi elements in the STL file as a single solid or if imported as separate STL elements, will not "assemble" them and doing so manually is not accurate enough.
Pictures screen shots of the 3D CAD image of the test object and then how Cura imports them.

I've been given the solution when using Cura by the Ultimaker forum.
After importing all the elements at the same time but as individual STL files, select All objects ( a menu option or hold Shift & select them) and then right click the group and select Merge.
This moves all the objects to their correct positions within complete model.
