sanguinololo firmware issue

I recently bought the prusa I3 and followed the instructions on the forum to update the firmware, but after uploading the new firmware only one z axis stepper moves unlike before, how can i fix this? i followed the instructions clearly but i dont know how to reinstate the second steper motor for the z axis. please help.
