E1 extruder not working on dual extruder A20M

Hi there.
I have A20M dual extruder (1 hotend). GT2560 v3.1 board. A4988 drivers.
The motor from E1 extruder stopped spinning while E0 extruder works perfect.
If I put motion on Extruder axis , the E0 will spin normally while this one will just try. You can feel it. The motor works ok.
I did the following testing:
-heated up PLA head
-tried E1 motor on E0 cable and working ok (motor works)
-tried E0 motor on E1 cable and not working (same as with its own motor)
-tested E1 cabling point to point.
-measured voltage in between the driver potentiometer and Ground on all Drivers and is between 1.03v and 1.1 volt on all of them.
-swapped drivers between E0 and E1 with no success. Same behaviour.
I don't think it's a firmware issue, since I never updated anything. It just stopped working.
Thanks. Any recomendation?
