How to fix the issue of extruder(D200)

Recently, I received a lot of questions about the D200 extruder.
For this reason, I specifically provide some solutions about how to fix this issue.
If the nozzle clogged what should we do?
1.You should heat the nozzle temperature up to 220C and then adjust the extruder according to the actual situation.

If the nozzle heat up to 220 and it still clogged, what should we do?
1.We can use the attached Ejector pin, poke down from the feed inlet until all residual filament discharge.

If the nozzle temperature display in LCD with -17C or others wrong temperature, what should we do?
1.You should check out whether the nozzle and the extruder contact point are closely connected together
(If there is foreign matter, please wipe with paper towel.)

If the extruder does not move properly and jitter´╝îwhat should we do?
1.You can open the cable to see if the pins are crooked and not touching each other well.If yes, you can carefully adjust the crooked pin via tweezers until it can be fully inserted into the jack.

If the nozzle is not clogged, but it makes noise with"clicking, clicking"and you need to give it a downward force, what should we do?
1.You should test the voltage of extruder driver(TMC2100) via multimeter, normal is about 1.2V.If it is not normal, you should adjust it refer to
