First 3d printing

HI!!! I just got my G2S PRO (dual extruder)

The calibration is done and trying to print my first cube
My problem is that the filament won't burn

The extruder work since the filament move in the tube but when arrive in the hot end it won't melt ??
If I remove the tube and push the filament in the nozzle it melt

I put back the tube and try adjust the screw of the extruder, nothing works!!!!

I'm tring only with one extruder/hot end (the other is off)

any ideas ????

Note : this is my first time in 3d printing world

I have try several temperature (200 to 220)

I did try with several filament (even the small sample that came with the

if you can maually feed the filament in, then I think the extruder motor driver is lack of power, you can increase the voltage as the link shows:
