When I start printing, there is no problem, it works all right, but after around 10 minutes the extruder starts to make a clicking sound.
It happends every time I try to print and I have to push the filament manually to allow printing to continue.
I´ve checked the board and the extruder has 1.1V
There is also no cloggs on the extruder.

What could be the problem?
You probably have a leveling problem.
Also check that the X axis linear guides are parallel to the heat bed surface.
On the forum I help to use the rod, I don't give fish.

I measured it and it's perfectly aligned..
I tried with a 190-210 °C range (PLA)
Another thing to consider?

Hi

If your mechanisms are perfectly assembled and all components are perfectly parallel and perpendicular, then two things come to my mind for consideration.
  1. You can try to increase the spring pressure in the extruder's mechanism.
  2. The nozzle or transport route in the Hot End element can be partially clogged.
You can also use this guide to try to solve the problem yourself.
:D

Hi!

Is there a step-by-step guide to set the right extruder tension for the A10M extruder? One motor makes very strange noises, changed the cables from E0 to E1 and it doesn´t change anything, still the same noises on the same motor.
What motor-type is it in this special case or do you have a link? (Just in case i want one for spare)

Best regards

Well, thx for the Link, but on my Stepper is "42SHD0227-24B" engraved on the Backside. But I can´t find this type anywhere...

Also the mechanic of the extruder can´t be found anywhere... :-(

I inspect the voltage, and I find that the A4988 at extruder side measures 0 volt between potentiometer and GND, and 5 volt between VDD and GND. I exchange with any axis to test, and now that axis only moves in one direction. I assume that my A4988 is bad, so… I'm looking for a replacement. I am right?
Thanks to all.
Did you tried to disable cold extrusion checking? ;) (Enter "M302 P1" in EasyPrint -> Control -> G-Code)
Sometimes I had issues that the extruder is not enabled when I press "E-" in EasyPrint
