i see more promising hot ends on your website that seem to isolate the cold end from the hot end better hence they could probably solve my clogging problem.
for instance: http://www.geeetech.com/metal-shortdist ... p-794.html
is this hotend or any other ones compatible with Acrylic Reprap Prusa I3 Pro B?
thanks
How to clear nozzle when it's jammed
Re: How to clear nozzle when it's jammed
i received the new hotend with the 0.5mm nozzle a few days ago and it solved the clogging problem. The first print wasn't so successful though as the object moved on the heatbead so maybe 90C degree wasn't hot enough for the object to stick but this is another topic.
