Cubietruck won't power up

I have a brand new cubietruck, just arrived in early September. I finally got around to powering it up, and when I apply power to it through the power connector or the usb port, it does not power up, no leds light up, nothing. It's dead Jim.

I am using an HP USB 2.5A power supply, I tested it to make sure the power supply was good and it works fine.

I need to get this fixed or replaced, please advise.
