A20M - Firmware Update Issue

I recently purchased an A20M and the 3D Touch V3.2. I'm trying to upgrade the firmware so that I can use the auto-level feature, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I've watched several videos and read everything I could find. I'm hoping someone can help.

Marlin 1.1.8, GT2560 V4.1.

I keep getting this message:

Hello, you did not choose the correct COM, please refer to the link below to install the CH341 driver.
