upgrading to a chimera hotend

Post by whug » Mon Jan 18, 2021 12:58 am

can i have some help please.
i am upgrading to a chimera hotend (i need to print pva supports and the mix system isnt working for me , lots of wasted material on the purge and temp diffrences on the hotend between the pla+ and the pva)
on fitting the 2 hot ends i am wiring he1 into the normal spot , do i wire he2 into the socket in the yellow circle on the pic of the breakout board or somewhere else?
cheers

if i cant , do you do a fully populated board for purchase , as in HE1+2 have the component diodes and fuses + sockets on soldered on.
or
do i just take out the new gt2560 v4 board, breadout board and lcd , then fit a gt2560 a+ + lcd prusa kit ?
