Sorry, we wouldn't suggest others modify the printer, that will cause some responsibility issues.

It looks like just film on those wheels is damaged. You don't have to worry about. Let's just check whether it affect the printing!

It depends on a lot of things, such as environment, settings, materials, and so on. It's hard to measure.

If the temp of nozzle and hotbed drop suddenly at the same time, I think the motherboard is damaged.
