Hello, you can contact your seller directly. I don't know where you bought the printer. If it is Amazon, you can directly request replacement parts or other requirements.

Hello, maybe the hot bed is not leveled correctly?
You can slow down or change the printing area to see if the consumables stick to the hot bed.

Re: heating error on control panel

Hello, a negative number indicates that the thermistor wire is disconnected. Please check whether the thermistor connection is normal.
Basically, it shows that the connection line is in poor contact. Please check the connection between the contact line of the extruder and the adapter board.

Re: PRINTER GONE CRAZY OUT OF THE BOXXX !!!

Hello, please contact geeetech's ticket system for official help.

Regarding the reversal of the Z-axis of the printer, it may be a wiring error. You can exchange the wiring sequence of the motor to see if the Z-axis can be restored to normal.
Regards.

Re: printing stopped at 97 to 98 % before end of process

Hello, are you printing a multi-color model? If so, the temperature of the extruder may be too low during the refueling process, causing cooling. You can increase the temperature to prevent printing failure.
Or the problem with the TF card, you can try to print online, or replace the Tf card.
