what is the temprature you set in printer settting in repetier host?

are the two nozzles leveled?

please contact the seller for a replacement.

what is the out put of the board? Driver board or GT2560?

can i take a look at your control board, you need to use jumper cap if you use 8825.
you can check the building instructions, it was mentioned in wiring.
