I think you should try other slicing software or other model files, like the one attached.

Maybe you can try to adjust the hotbed when it's printing, that can be more precise.

Octoprint isn't our software, we couldn't handle that problem. But maybe you should try our firmware on website: https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?download_id=49 . and you can try to install the firmware with Cura, like the manual attached.
