Re: Error: hotend-0 Abnormal temperature detected! please check!

Hello, please carefully check the adapter plate on the extrusion head of your printer, and check whether the heating rod and thermistor wire are connected properly. This error is caused by poor contact and is easy to repair. :D

Re: Shift in Y axis 50% through print

Hello, the reason for the layer shift may be the printing speed is too fast or the tightness of the belt. Re: Temperature issue

Hello, this may be a thermistor problem. It is best to use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the thermistor at room temperature. Whether it is around 90K ohms. You can replace these simple thermistors and heating rods first. The entire extrusion head dont needs to be replaced.

Re: Extruder leaks

Hello, you can observe whether there is a leak between the nozzles or the heating block is not tightened.
If it's just the nozzle problem, just tighten it.
If the heating is fast, try to tighten it and if it cannot be restored, only replace the heating block.
Regards.

Re: Unclogging filament plug NEAR but not in hotend?

Hello, according to your description, your Teflon tube should not be inserted enough into the hotend. Please reinstall the Teflon tube to ensure that it is deep enough into the throat.
