Can't Identify MoBo.... help? Speculation encouraged

Post by Jmccoy45 » Sat Jul 11, 2020 9:20 am

By looking at this motherboard, which version is it? I can't find anything like it documented anywhere.
I received it as a replacement ordered from Amazon. The product page showed one that looked exactly like the one I was replacing with the same corresponding version number. I was sent something completely different and need some help identifying it. I'm hoping this will help explain some of its quirky behaviors and lead to a solution to fix them.
First Pic - photo of the actual board (v# removed via photoshop since its not what it says it is)
Second pic - photoshopped representation of what it looks like when its wires and drivers are removed
Third - Is it a GT2560v3.1?
Fourth - Or is it a GT2560v3.0? ... or neither? ....or both?
PS. I can't return it so i've got to find a way to make it work.

No one can tell me what this is and I can't get it to work reliably... time for the trash heap and upgrade to the BigTreeTech SKR 1.4.
