hot bed don't stop

Post by aadamfr » Sat Sep 14, 2019 2:48 pm

Hello
I have a printer A10 and recently when I start the printer the heating bed starts to heat immediately and does not stop. on the display I can see the temperature rise (example 80/0 °). This is not the motherboard because I just replace it and I still have the problem. I do not understand. Do you have a solution?
Thank you in advance.

Hi, You can do the following:

1. Try to unplug the hotbed line from the motherboard and check the display.
If the high temperature is still displayed, the motherboard needs to be replaced.

2. If the hotbed line is unplugged and the temperature is displayed as a negative value,
Use a multimeter to measure the thermistor of the hotbed.

I hope this can help you.

Hello,
I disconnected the pin from the heated bed. The printer displays -14 / 0 °. So I measured the thermistor of the heating bed, I have 98k ohms. I used the green and blue wire for the measurement.
Thank you for your help.

Hi, If you unplug the hot bed line from the motherboard and the temperature is negative,
There is no problem with the motherboard;
You may need to change the hot bed.
