Hi

Today I have done another test.
Because it's early in the morning, it's still cool in my room. The temperature is about 20 degrees Celsius. :D

I opened the module housing and removed the PCB from it.
I connected the power supply and after about 5 minutes I took photos for you. ;)

The small module with ESP chip heats up very much. I don't know if this is the correct state.
Note that the temperature of the components in the closed housing will increase considerably.
The module is configured and automatically connects to the wireless network. But he is inactive.

Here we can see the hot LDO stabilizer and the main µC!! :!:
I use LDO AMS1117 in my projects and it is the best one. :D


If the selected elements become very hot in the idle state, it can be a bad sign. It is worth reflecting on.
