Hi,
I have been using my I3 Pro C for two years connecting through COM3 port with no problems using a Windows 10 Laptop.

I tried using my new iMac and after initially connecting, the COM port disappeared. I thought it was a Mac problem and tried loading a new driver an other configuration settings.

I plugged in my Windows Laptop today and the COM3 port no longer exists. I can't connect to the printer at all. Is there any way that I can test whether to GT2560 board is dead and I need to replace. Or are there other options?

I would appreciate any advice

I tried installing the driver.

There appears to be no response from the board.
No COM port shows up in device manager, and Repetier doesn't list any available serial port.

Any other tests I can do? Or do I need to replace the board?
