Hi.

I don't have much time to look here lately.
I will prepare a guide related to this situation.
To solve this problem in my copy, I aligned all the mechanisms precisely and developed an additional module for this printer. ;)

Give me a few days to answer.

Spoke too soon ...

Now that the X and Z Axis problems are fixed, guess what the new problem is

YEP …… The Y Axis has decided it wants to join in the "Not working" club

It was working perfectly before. Whilst I had the issue with the other axis
Now it is struggling under load

I have tried swapping out the Stepper Motor for others.
Even bought new stepper motors
Still nothing.

I can move by hand, but using the CP struggles.
Home All moves both X and Z axis, but the Y axis barely moves.
I have to physically push the bed to get it to move
Adjusting the belt does nothing

The only solution I am led to is that there is not enough power getting through to the motor
Any further info on this
This printer is now gathering dust in the corner of the room

Still cannot get the Y-Axis to work properly

OK
we'll think of something to help you.

Did you carry out a test in which you checked that the engine was running smoothly?
I am referring to a test without a belt. ;)

In time after all recent changes.

I am also interested in the speed at which the movements are made.
If the speed is too high, the mechanism will not move.

If you have a new printer, remember that it has to work a lot.
This way, all mechanisms will be able to adapt. :D
This will take a little patience.
