G2S Pro Table will not travel lower than 6.3mm

I have no idea what is happening here.
I have the machine all calibrated. Every direction moves very accurately.
It doesn't matter what I do with any Z-value (in a program, in an offset, home offset, probe offset...) the machine will not get any closer than 6.3mm from the table! This is the display showing me this (which is what I can measure, too. Not like it reads one thing and is actually somewhere else)
Rather useless now...

I tried to compile a newer firmware but I keep getting errors.
I will try other IDE versions with older Marlin and see if anything will compile.

Plus, why does my SD card not read anything?
Is there a special format it needs?

For the compile error,could you attach the log?
For the SD card issue,you can check the fw at first.Or you can attach it we will help to check it.
