Is the GEEETECH A30 a 12vdc or 24vdc power supply?

Hi, If you have a multimeter, you can measure the output voltage of the power supply.

If you open the control box and drop out the power supply it will tell you if it is 12V or 24V.

I bought my A30 last year and requested the 24V system, but I received the 12V and after first couple prints the fuse on the back kept popping when the bed would heat up. So I opened it up and was not happy to see I received the 12V (S-500-12) when I requested the 24V. After a back and forth with Geeetech, they sent me everything for the 24V system to upgrade. I made sure to open the control box and check the power supply to see if it said 24V (S-500-24).

This is the 12V power supply. I am printing with the 24V now, so I cannot open and take picture.
