Hello,

Just recently my A30 came in, and it was working OK (Autoleveling sensor wasn't working in firmware, but could print.). I pressed the button in the Easyprint3D software to Update the firmware, and the mainboard updated, but the LCD screen update failed, so now the LCD isn't working, meaning I can't level the bed and print. Through the Easyprint3D software I can't control the 3D printer right now, though mainboard updates are successful. I have tried a couple different ways to get it to work including:

Using the Smartto in order to put it on the Printer (Found the latest firmware on the page [1.35.56]) - LCD Timed out
There was a post on this forum about updating the LCD UI files through the SD Card, which I did (This one: https://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopi ... 65&t=60740)

I tried using the firmware toolkit (Here https://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=60814) but for the LCD it said uploading and then never had any status (Never posted a single percent)

And Easyprint 3d updater which didn't work as the mainboard it said worked but not the LCD. (Also worth noting, after trying updating Easyprint3d in the firmware updater still has an old firmware which didn't update listed for the current)

Right now I just need to get this printer working, as I am on a robotics team which needs certain parts printed out in the next 24 hrs.

EDIT: Just checked, Easyprint3D reads the current as 1.00.56 meaning that it thinks that the mainboard is fully updated but the LCD is on version 0

The firmware there is in a different version than you wrote.
Have you tried this version?

When upgrading with Smartto firmware tool, are you insert the SD(TF) card that on the right side of the 3-in-1 box?

Could it be that you have the same issue as I?
The micro SD card reader on the back of the LCD screen is damaged. Cards would only be read if I Push with my finger on the reader.

After a couple of hours working with Geeetech customer service, we got the issue resolved, as I needed to use a different firmware than what I was trying to flash the printer with. Thank you all for your suggestions though.

I run in the Same Trap during Firmware-Update with the easy 3 d Software.

*my firmware was v2 when i try install old version the problem happened after this I searched online there is no firmware v2 ???????
