Technical problem with the motor

Hello,

I post this topic beacause I have a problem with my 3D printer Geeetech A30.
When I want to set home, only one motor for the Z works and the motor turn to go up. So my sensors are down. I have the same problem with the axe Y.
For solve this problem I have try to upload the new software but the problem wasn't solve.

Want can I do ?

1, Please check if the endstop wire loose or not.
2, One of the Z motor doesn't move, and another one can move(regardless of the direction)?
Swap two motors to see if the error exchange or not.
3, Z and Y motors went to the wrong direction, you can try to change the direction using smartto motor tool, how to get it and use? Check this:
