I have this when I mess around with the Nozzle. Try reseating it by removing and reinserting it, also check your firmware is up-to-date.

I am getting the same error multiple times in a print, then it pauses the print, I am able to resume printing, which is very nice. But it sits for hours until I check on it. I have only used the SD card. Which shouldn't matter, I believe it is a loose connection on the nozzle temp sensor. Do I need to take apart my new printer to fix this? My first print took 8 hours and I did not have this error. Nothing had changed.

Definitely a loose connection in nozzle thermocouple sensor. I wiggle the wires going to the print head and watch the nozzle temp jump around and go-to 0. I have this on video. I will take it apart and hopefully find something to fix.

Hi - I had the same 0-Temp issues and updated to the latest firmware (v1.13.13) using EasyPrint3D's firmware update.
(Flasher-STM32 didn't work as it couldnt find the printer port)

However, now that 0-Temp doesn't occur, I often get black blobs in my prints as the temperature setting swings wildly from 100-280 degrees on the display!

It's as if the head thermistor is disconnecting for a few moments - overheating the head (generating the black blobs) - and then cooling again when the temperature is found to be too hot.

It's probable that the 4pin connections to the head aren't connecting very well during printing, causing this problem.

Can this be fixed?

Did you try to reseat the nozzle? the first 5mins of this video shows how the remove the hot end and reseating it. Also shows how to use the software leveling system the geeetech uses.

@sectorbob ... thanks for that - I tried this and I still get black blobs and streaks throughout the print :(

I've tried several different filaments and reseating the head several times.

Not sure what's going on?
