New A30 3d Printer - PSU exploded when plugged in

Today im buying a Geeetech A30 3D Printer "used" in a original, closed package.
After assembly i switch the PSU to 230V (i live in Germany) and connect it. Short flames and smoke came out of the PSU.
After disconnect the Printer, i try again, but the result was the same.
Sorry for my bad english ;)

Ups... what can i do?
Is there any solution? Is the same thing happend to everyone here?

This is not a daily situation.
There is an irregularity somewhere.

You can try to disconnect the power supply load and run it.
