er
Hey,buddy
Sorry to bring you the trouble. Was your nozzle diameter set the same as your nozzle's actual size in the printing settings(cuz i knew about your nozzle size is 0.3mm from our sales, and this setting will make a difference)?

If these are corresponding size to your nozzle and it doesn't work yet, then you can ask our seller for the replacement of Nozzle Throat & Teflon PTFE.

I now once again checked through everything and have found that the filament is not tranportiert. the filament is not pushed through this wheel forward see video. I can filament as by pushing calibration times .. that probably should not be so right?

I saw your video carefully.I found the wheel(what i attach) didn't ronate when you moved the filament through it,am i right ?It seems the gap beween the two wheels is too large etc...How do you think?

yes you are right i can push the filament without the wheel rotate ! Although, if I do this with the engine built state rotates the gear from the motor but the filament remains on the spot.
