hi

i was having same problem
so i dissapbled the barrel of the nozzle and found out that it come from the seller with half way teflon inside and with lot of jam defect inside it so the filament cant move there

once i cleane it all and put new teflon its working fine

I can try, because it must be that it does not work indeed anything. Where did you get the new Teflon from to replace it?, And how did you get the old out of there?

I have looked at the nozzle in more detail, which should be 0.35 mm but it looks as if that is substantially smaller, it may be because the does not come out the filament?

hi

i heat it up to 220 c when only the barrle is scrwe to the hotend, then i start to clean in up with niddle and some thin still
about the teflon, i alrady buy few weeks ago . its nice to have :)....

The filament doesn't matter to the size of your nozzle,but the groove size below.BTW,what size is your filament?

my size of Filament are 1,75 !

Have you dismentled the extruder?If haven't ,you can dismentle it and check if everything is ok inside it.You can reference the video below about dismentling MK8 extruder:

OK, I made for video, mine is not the same as in the video but it went. In Hotend everything was and by the rausmachen is also the Teflon broken. the next is the role the wobbles and if there is a ball bearing should be in there then I think that this is broken. Unfortunately, I can not take this one so apart like in the video. but since the error will be. Motor is OK, fan and heat sink also.
