Hi,
I completed my build and gotten through the calibration. I have gotten to the printing point. Everything operates as it should until the actual print. Once it reaches temperature, it raises to about halfway and then prints mid-air. I have a dual extruder delta rostock G2S. GT2560 card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: printing in air
Check for a Z offset value in your firmware or printer control software.
I had the same problem with my I3 Pro B. After Zeroing out the nozzle it would start printing 2mm above the bed. It turns out the repetier host software had a 2mm Z offset. *It was telling the printer my Z end switch was 2mm above my bed*
