LCD dont turn on, but makes sound when i click on the rotary

i have
Geeetech Acrylique Reprap Prusa I3 Pro B MK8
i lost the moderboard (wrong cablage: i puted the heat cable power between it place and the one of nozzle (in the middle))
it was GT2560 REV A

i chanded the motherboard from you: its GT2560 REV A+ (a little bit different from the first one)

i looks working fin
but LCD (YB2004D) couldn't start, i thouth it was burned too

The cable for the SD card and the LCD screen are either in the wrong port or plugged in the wrong direction on the board.

the port are connected wrongly, i had to force the cables in the other direction, and the lcd looks fine now

but
i have a new problem
at least the direction of the motor X is wrong, i have to put it the other direction (0 toward the stoper)
i don't feel to invert the motor power shaft of X, as there is 4 pins not 2 (fearing to burn something)
