I connect the ramps-FD (Arduino Dua) through the adapter (ramps -FD LSD adapter) to the display 12864 full graphics .

Did you try LCD2004?And did it work?
Maybe you LCD has a problem(not setting/connecting well) or a firmware issue?You can have a look at this post:
