I3 3D Printer SD Card not Working

My LCD2004 does not work with the SD card. The first screen says SD card inserted, the second screen says no SD card. Everything else seems to work okay.

Yes I have. I even tried a brand new SD card, I copied some STL files to it. The first screen says card inserted, the second show no SD Card.

I noticed a similar post on the forum, no outcome is listed. Was this problem solved?

There are several mode for SD card, such as SPI mode, 4-wire SDIO Mode, 2-wire SDIO mode and 1-wire SDIO mode, In our machine, we use SPI mode, and it also not a high-speed mode.
I don't what type SD card you are using, If use a High-speed SD card, it may get some compatibility problem, So a class 4 sd card or lower is recommended.
I always use a class 4 SD card.

Yes I tried a class 4 SD card and it did not work.

I don't know if this guy's problem was solved or not, because it was to long time ago.
Please contact our custmer server and send this link to them, ask them for a replacement.
