Sanguinololu Rev 1.3a with LCD

hello, I bought one of DX.com Prusa I3 with Sanguinololu Rev 1.3a with LCD scm2004A-Ver2.0, I am unable to find material for connecting the LCD,,, and,,,,,, the card reader connection, ,, the necessary drives .. please send me a path ..
