i3 pro w incorrect parts

greetings!
i recieved my 3d printer yesterday and began assembly on it today. during the assembly, i came across my z-axis couplers and found them to be incorrect. i require 2 5mm-8mm couplers, but had instead recieved 2 8mm couplers.
couple someone refer me to or provide contact information where i may get this matter resolved and have the inccorect parts replaced. i am very new to 3d printing and this website/company and don't know the best way to go about it.
