A way to add the max height over 200mm from nozzle to hotbed for M201

Here is a way to add the max height over 200mm from nozzle to hotbed for M201,so that you can a good experience of having a wider space to print what you like with your M201.
First you should put the holder to the rod and mind the installation location and direction of the holder.

then take the fan away from the nozzle and put the nozzle to the holder from top to bottom.

at end,attach the fan back to nozzle.
