I3 pro C:X carriage can not trigger the endstop?!

Hello guys, some customers who bought I3 pro C might run into this problem: the X carriage is too short to trigger the endstop!

Don't worry, I'll give you a solution here: add a printed plastic trigger to the X carriage and you can solve it. Or you can find something similiar to replace it too.

We'll provide the endstop trigger in the kit from now on, so you needn't to worry about that if you want to buy it these days, thanks!

I have what I think is the same kit and had the same issue. I used a small bracket from a Make: Robotics kit that I had and bent it to fasten and hold a 50mm screw locked in place with 2 nuts & washers. Here's mine:
